Free weekend entry for children under 16. Your ticket allows for re-entry as you wish throughout the weekend.
Concession tickets are available for full-time students and seniors aged 60+. Please note, proof of eligibility will be required on entry to the event.

Join us for an exclusive Private View Evening on 7 March 2025, from 18:00 to 21:00. Be among the first to preview and purchase unique pieces before the fair opens to the public.

This intimate evening offers an excellent opportunity to engage with artists and art collectors while enjoying a glass of complimentary wine on arrival.

Private View access is by invitation or advance ticket only and includes unlimited re-entry throughout the weekend.

Join us for an engaging interactive workshop at the Harrogate Spring Fair! This hands- on experience invites participants of all ages to explore their creativity and create their own masterpiece.

Guided by talented artists, including Rachel Grace Art and artists from Harrogate College. No booking is required, but spaces are limited! Arrive early to secure your spot!

Mini Canvas Charity Art Sale

We are excited to be collaborating with Yorkshire’s Children’s Charity to help raise funds and awareness of the incredible work they do for young and disadvantaged children across Yorkshire and beyond.

As part of this initiative, our community of artists will create miniature original paintings that will be sold for a minimum of £50 each.

All proceeds from these sales will go directly to the charity, supporting their efforts to make a significant impact on the lives of disadvantaged children and young people.

All tickets are strictly non-refundable.

The venue is easily accessible by various modes of transport. If you are using a sat nav or Google Maps, please use the postcode HG2 8NZ and access from the junction of Wetherby Road on to Railway Road.

The venue is fully accessible and located on the ground floor. Accessible parking spaces are available next to Hall 2, with several disabled toilets conveniently located within the hall.

Unfortunately, in line with the venue regulations, only assistance dogs are permitted at the venue.

We welcome families with children but suggest they attend over the weekend instead of on the Friday Preview evening where alcohol is served. Children under 16 are allowed into the fair for free with a paying adult.

Hall 2 has it’s own café serving a range of hot and cold food, snacks and afternoon teas including hot and cold drinks. There’s also a coffee truck in the hall serving hot drinks.

No, unfortunately, we do not have a cloakroom available at the fair. We recommend keeping personal belongings with you during your visit.

We provide a complimentary wrapping service for all purchases at the fair. If you require professional packaging and delivery for your artwork, Transartbox offers a dedicated service for a fee.

Ticket allows for re-entry as you wish throughout the weekend.
