Gillian Swaile Printmaker

Gillian is a self-taught printmaker, living in Northumberland National Park. She enjoys various methods of printmaking, but predominantly with traditional linoleum and oil-based inks to produce hand-printed linocuts. Gillian finds inspiration in the wildlife that surrounds her and the dark skies above. She is particularly drawn to the brown hare.
