Phil Taylor

Phil works and lives on his houseboat, creating atmospheric landscapes and seascapes, using acrylics and mixed mediums. Beginning with a textured surface which informs his process, each piece evokes the senses and an emotional response to times and places remembered and imagined. He works intuitively to develop each piece.
